This other Barak would be singing a different tune entirely if the 'changing reality' meant the courts ruled in a conservative direction.
One example would if the justices start to rule in favor of the actual meaning & spirit of the 10th Amendment instead of allowing the current plastic version to stand.
By any objective standard, this man is a hypocrite; he's likes a free ranging court only as long as the court is lawless in ways he favors.
